I also think explanations should be included like in MRSC MCQs, for example onexamination.com or pastest. it's a shame that you pay for online revision without explanations that minimises the chances of passing the exam.

Fully agree, excellent site, but a short structured explanation of the question theme would be a great improvement and would streamline revision.

i appeared in mcem part a on 10/12/09.i think the question in this website is not adequete.need more basic question of physiology & anatomy as most question came from these subjects & it was more basic then clinical.
